Brunch at Towne Stove and Spirits – Foodie Journey

Next I visited the “cold” station, which had smoothies, a small, but gourmet selection of cheeses (including Ascutney Mountain Cheese, a raw cow’s milk cheese from Vermont, and one of my favorites), an assortment of salads (including lobster Caesar salad and a crab salad), bagels and of course, smoked salmon.  The smoked salmon was garnished with the classics, capers and onions, and was excellent.   This station also offered some pates and terrines.
